How It Works

The integrated heavy-duty 5-ply laminated deadbolt provides maximum security, operated from outside with a key cylinder and from inside with an ADA-friendly thumbturn and lock indicator.

The ADA door closer with backcheck function ensures the door closes smoothly at a controlled speed, protecting both the frame and adjacent walls from damage caused by wind gusts or excessive force. Backcheck slows the door just before reaching its fully open position, preventing dangerous slamming and prolonging hardware life.

Complete Weatherization Kit

Each Alumitrex™ storefront door includes a full weatherization package consisting of a bottom door sweep and frame-mounted weatherstripping.
