The Phoenix Architectural Hardware Titan 44 Series – Model 4427EO-4896-RC-SC1-ALUM is a Surface Vertical Rod (SVR) exit device package that includes an outside rim cylinder for secure keyed entry. Designed for 40" To 48" Wide x 96" Tall hollow metal or wood commercial doors, this Grade 1 device provides reliable top and bottom latching for enhanced security and smooth, code-compliant egress.
This non-fire-rated configuration combines a two-point SVR panic bar with an exterior SC1 rim cylinder (Schlage C keyway compatible), allowing controlled key access from the outside while maintaining free egress from the interior push bar. Allen key dogging is standard, so the bar can be held in the unlatched position for push/pull operation during business hours.
