Ranken Heavy Duty 3/4" Offset Floor Pivot Kit (For Doors Up To 650lbs), Includes Top Pivot, Bottom Floor Pivot, and Hardware (Choose Finish)

The Ranken 3/4" offset pivot set is perfect for all commercial doors up to 650 lbs. This pivot system can be used on interior or exterior hollow metal steel doors, architectural wood doors, or storefront aluminum doors. The Ranken pivot kit can be used on door widths up to 4'-0" (48"). The bottom pivot set is designed to attach to the floor.

Ranken 3/4" Offset Pivot Kit Includes:

• (1) Each Heavy Duty 3/4" Offset Top Pivot
• (1) Each Heavy Duty 3/4" Offset Bottom Floor Pivot
• Hardware for wood or metal door installation

Ranken Features:

• Ranken base material is non-ferrous
• 3/4" offset (measured from centerline of pivot to face of door)
• Door edges should be beveled 1/8"
• Ranken bottom pivot designed for mortise installation in floor
• Ranken top pivot designed for mortise installation in top of door frame
• Ranken intermediate pivot should be used with doors 60" to 90" in height. An additional intermediate pivot should be added for every additional 30" in door height.
• 180 degree door swing
