You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Door Closers USA or to purchase Door Closers USA products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Door Closers USA. Due to the complexity and many custom options of the products we offer, lead times can vary from one order to the next. Lead times listed on the website are suggestions and could be longer depending on the product and time of the year. Please consult your Door Closers USA representative for an estimated lead time, or ship date, before scheduling any installation/work dates.
Change Orders & Order Cancellations
All order changes or cancellations must be reported within 24 hours. All change orders or cancellations requested after 24 hours are subject to the approval of Door Closers USA and is based on the production schedule and logistics of each individual order. Door Closers USA will accommodate all reasonable change order requests depending on the production status of the effected product. Additional charges may apply. Door Closers USA reserves the right to reject any change order requested more than 24 hours after the original order was placed. In rare some circumstances, Door Closers USA still reserves the right to reject any change order within 24 hours depending on the production status of the product.
Door Closers USA is a manufacturer and distributor of commercial doors and hardware. All of our products are either manufactured per customer's order request or assembled per customer's order. As an example we offer mortise door locks with many different lever designs, colored finishes, backsets, keying, and latchbolt functions. Each mortise lock is carefully assembled per customer's order. Automatic Door and Hardware offers millions of variations of all commercial door products including but not limited to exit devices, locksets, door closures, thresholds, weatherstripping, access controls, steel doors and frames, automatic door openers, and much more. For these reasons, all of the products listed on our website are not returnable. We offer some of the fastest product assembly in the industry and many of our items can be shipped within 24 hours unless specified on the product page. Each item on our website is clearly labeled above the price as "non-returnable" to avoid any confusion to our customers. If you are unsure if a product will work for your application, please contact our customer service team and we can help guide you to the correct product. Please do not purchase any products which you are unsure of, since these items are not returnable.
Commercial Door and Frame Returns
All commercial door and frame orders are considered custom and cannot be returned. Cancellations and changes must be made within 24 hours. However, Door Closers USA still reserves the right to reject any cancellation or change order made within 24 hours depending on the door/frame's production status. Door Closers USA does not allow returns for any commercial door or frame material sold and received as ordered. If you are unsure of the material you need for your project please consult a licensed contractor or qualified professional before making a purchase.
Commercial Door and Frame Freight Damage
All packages should be opened and inspected in the presence of the driver. Any freight damage must be indicated on the bill of lading (carrier paperwork) and be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Freight damage claims will only be honored if damage is noted on the carrier bill of lading at the time of delivery. Indicate damage for any damaged products, pallets, packing material, plastic or metal banding, shrink wrap, do not stack cones, do not tip indicators, or in any instance you cannot confirm that all products are received in brand new condition. In the even a delivery driver will not allow you to inspect the material, please mark the shipment as damaged on the bill of lading. All freight damage should be marked on the carrier bill of lading and photographs of damaged components must emailed to Door Closers USA customer service within 24 hours.
Commercial Door and Frame Defective Products & Warranties
Door Closers USA processes warranty claims in accordance with the original manufacturer warranty of the product purchased. To report a defective product or warranty claim, please send photographs and a brief description to Door Closers USA customer service.
Commercial Door and Frame Incorrect Prep/Specifications & Order Discrepancies
In the event you receive material that is not in accordance with your signed estimate/order invoice, please contact Door Closers USA customer service immediately. Do not attempt to modify or install any material. Modification or installation of incorrectly received material will render it non-returnable and void your claim. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all material is thoroughly inspected before it is modified or installed. Order discrepancies must be reported by email with clear photographs and relevant details of the problem.
Shipping Information and Liability
Door Closers USA is not responsible for any theft or non received packages. Door Closers USA ships directly to the "Shipping Address" provided during the checkout process and any mislabeled addresses or returns are not Door Closers USA's responsibility. Once the package leaves Door Closers USA's warehouse, we are not responsible for what happens to the package. Any shipment that has been tracked and marked as delivered according to the shipping carrier is not Door Closers USA's responsibility and that liability falls on the customer. In any event, please contact Door Closers USA customer service and we will try to help you out. Our goal is to help our customers to the best of our ability. Door Closers USA typically ships products by FedEx. In some cases, your product may be shipped UPS.
Expedited Shipping Information
We offer expedited shipping options such as FedEx Overnight, FedEx Express Saver, etc. However, we do not guarantee any delivery dates. We will always try to process an order as quickly as possible. Depending on the product, production or assembly, lead times may be required. If you need a product at an exact date, please Door Closers USA customer service to confirm it is possible, before placing the order. For larger orders a common carrier may be used. If this is the case, there is no expedited shipping options with common carrier. All commercial doors and frames ship common carrier.
Missing or Wrong Items Received
Missing or incorrectly received items must be reported within 24 hours. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all material received is inspected in a timely manner and that all missing or incorrectly received items are reported, by email within 24 hours. Door Closers USA will not honor any missing or incorrectly received item claims reported outside of the 24 hour period. Do not wait to report any missing or wrong items. If you receive errant items please contact Door Closers USA customer service immediately.
Additional Terms Of Sale
Upon completion of submitting an online order, Door Closers USA is authorized to fulfill your order as described in the commercial invoice. All orders may not be cancelled or changed after 24 hours from the time the order is placed. The buyer accepts full financial responsibility for the total sale price of goods at the time of payment and agrees that after 24 hours the order may not be eligible for change or cancellation. Cancellation and change order eligibility and/or costs are to be determined solely at the discretion of Door Closers USA. Any subsequent changes, if permitted, can affect the price and/or lead time. Door Closers USA is not liable for any delays. Quoted lead times are only estimates. In the even of an abandoned, rejected or unpaid order, buyer is liable for 100% of sale price plus any collection, storage, and/or return freight fees. Missing items must be reported within 24 hours. Orders incurring freight damage must be signed for as "damaged" on the carrier paperwork and photos and must be emailed to Door Closers USA customer service. Buyer agrees to pay all legal and collection costs for any default or delinquency in payments. Estimated prices are valid for 30 days but may change at any time without notice. The commercial invoice document takes precedence over all previous communications including emailed, faxed material, purchase order, submittal documents, and oral representations made. If a dispute shall arise with any order, the buyer consents to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Phoenix, AZ with respect to all matters relating to this order and waives all rights to removal or consent to removal. Wrongfully claiming to be a responsible party authorized to execute an agreement with Door Closers USA on behalf of another company or individual is a crime and subject to civil and criminal proceedings.
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Door Closers USA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Door Closers USA does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Door Closers USA does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Door Closers USA processes warranty claims in accordance with the original manufacturer warranty of the product purchased. It is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm the manufacturer's warranty with the manufacturer's latest warranty policy. Any discrepancy with the listed manufacturer's warranty is not at fault with Door Closers USA. Door Closers USA is a wholesale supply company only. All parts sold should be installed by qualified professionals only. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure he or she has purchased the correct product. We are not responsible for your selection of the wrong item. If an item is ordered wrong, Door Closers USA has final decision whether the item is eligible for a return, exchange, or cancellation. For returning/exchanging a product, please see our return/exchange policy. For cancelling an order, please see our order cancellation policy. In the event that the manufacturer is out of stock or requires custom fabrication or special order, the item may be backordered. In the case of a back order, Door Closers USA will ship the product to you as soon as the manufacturer is back in stock or has manufactured the special order item.
Limitation of Liability
Door Closers USA shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Door Closers USA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. All products sold should be installed by qualified professionals only. Automatic door parts and equipment should be installed by AAADM certified technicians. Any products sold by Door Closers USA should be installed by qualified professionals with proper certification and experience. All products sold should be installed to meet all laws, jurisdictions, local ordinances, national codes, requirements, and guidelines.
In the event that a Door Closers USA product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Door Closers USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Door Closers USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Door Closers USA shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Door Closers USA without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Door Closers USA may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Door Closers USA.
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Door Closers USA products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Door Closers USA products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Door Closers USA's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Door Closers USA may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Door Closers USA or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Door Closers USA, Door Closers USA has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Door Closers USA.
