Wall Type & Mounting (Exterior Block / CMU Wall)

Designed for CMU/masonry block substrates. Typical installation uses masonry-rated anchors at the jambs and threshold (furnished by installer to match block density and site conditions). Ensure the substrate is plumb, level, and structurally sound before installation.

• Anchor with appropriate masonry fasteners at manufacturer-recommended points
• Shim to maintain plumb, level, and square during fastening
• Seal perimeter with commercial-grade backer rod and sealant; coordinate flashing at sill/threshold
• Verify smooth swing, latch engagement, and ADA approach clearances

Dynabolts for CMU/block anchoring are not included, allowing the installer to select the correct diameter and embedment for the project’s specific block and structural conditions.
