1. Lay Out Frame Components
Lay out the head and both jambs on a clean, level surface prior to assembly.

2. Connect Jambs to Head
Slide the jamb tabs into the corresponding slots in the head.

3. Square the Frame
Square the frame and bend the tabs inside the throat first. Use caution not to make the door opening too tight.

4. Secure Tabs
Bend each tab in the direction of the arrows, then bend all tabs flat against the head.

5. Install Optional Adjustable Base Anchors
Attach adjustable base anchors using sheet metal screws. If the frame is not set directly on the slab, adjust the base anchors upward as required.
Note: Fixed floor anchors are standard. No adjustment is necessary.
6. Install Jamb Anchors
Use one anchor for each 30" of jamb height or fraction thereof.
On the hinge jamb, locate each anchor immediately above or below each hinge reinforcement.
On the strike jamb, locate anchors directly opposite the anchors on the hinge jamb.
