  • NFPA 80 Fire Door Options: Fire-rated assemblies available per project requirements (e.g., 20/45/60/90/180 minute) with UL/cUL labels; submittals provided for approval.
  • ADA & IBC Compliant Clearances: Hardware locations, approach/clear width, thresholds, and closer force/speed aligned to accessibility and life-safety codes.
  • ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 Hardware Prep: Factory preps and reinforcements for spec-grade locks, closers, hinges, and exit devices to ensure durability and compatibility.
  • Documented & Traceable: Shop drawings, hardware schedules, and cut sheets provided to streamline review and inspection.
