The Phoenix Titan 44 Series – Model 4427EO-F-4884-44L-ALUM is a fire-rated Surface Vertical Rod exit device with a heavy duty escutcheon entrance lever, engineered for 40" To 48" Wide x 84" Tall commercial fire-rated doors.

The robust escutcheon lever trim allows secure keyed access from the exterior while maintaining unrestricted egress from the interior. As required for fire-rated devices, there is no dogging feature, ensuring the rods remain latched at all times.
