Phoenix Architectural Hardware Titan 44 Series – Model 44E0-4 with Keyed Lever is a wide-door Grade 1 rim exit device engineered for commercial medium stile doors from 40" to 48" wide. This unit includes an exterior keyed entrance lever equipped with a Schlage C keyway for secure access control.

Built for durability, the device features a 5/8" stainless steel throw latch with deadlatch, a 2-3/4" backset, and a 4-1/2" minimum stile. As a non-fire-rated version, Allen key dogging is included for hold-open convenience.
