• Door Slab: 36" x 84", LHR (Left Hand Reverse), 18-gauge galvannealed steel skins, prime painted for field finish.
• Fire-Rated Core: Engineered fire-rated core suitable for A Label assemblies.
• Fire-Rated Frame:Welded together, punch & dimpled steel frame with welded existing-opening anchors for wood studs.
• Fastening: Includes large wood screws for anchoring the welded frame to existing wood studs.
• Hardware Package (UL Listed, Grade 1): fire-rated ball-bearing hinges, Grade 1 fire-rated lockset, fire-rated closer; strike and silencers factory prepped.
• Exterior Sealing (if specified): Perimeter smoke/fire/weather seals and threshold matched to listing and exterior use.
• Documentation: UL/cUL labels and submittals to support AHJ approval.

Note: Panic/exit device is not included. If required by egress design, request an upgraded hardware package.

• 180 Minute (A Label, 3 Hour) fire door and frame assembly tested per NFPA 80.
• UL/cUL Listed complete system (door, welded frame, and listed hardware set).
• ADA & IBC alignment for approach, clear width, operable parts, and closer force/speed when adjusted properly.
• ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 hardware for high-cycle performance and smooth inspection.

Important: Rating and labels apply only when supplied and installed as a complete labeled assembly per UL procedure and local AHJ requirements.

• Factory strike and silencer locations matched to LHR handing and included hardware.

• Hinges: UL listed fire-rated ball-bearing hinges (quantity/type per door size and listing).
• Lockset:Grade 1 UL fire-rated lockset (function/trim per specification).
• Closer: Fire-rated closer with adjustable sweep and latch; ADA force compliance when properly adjusted.
