• Hinges: UL listed fire-rated ball-bearing hinges (quantity/type per door size and listing).
• Lockset:Grade 1 UL fire-rated lockset (function/trim per specification).
• Closer: Fire-rated closer with adjustable sweep and latch; ADA force compliance when adjusted properly.
• Perimeter/Smoke Seals & Threshold (if specified): Components matched to listing and opening condition.
