• Compression anchors
• Factory strike and silencer preps aligned to the included hardware set and LHR handing.
• Clearances/reveals targeted for first-time fit and clean inspection.

Included Fire-Rated Hardware

• Hinges: UL listed fire-rated ball-bearing hinges (quantity/type per height/weight and listing).
• Lock: UL listed Grade 1 fire-rated lock.
• Closer: Fire-rated closer with adjustable sweep/latch; ADA force compliance when adjusted correctly.
• Perimeter/Smoke Seals & Threshold (if specified): Components matched to listing and interior application.

All components are selected to maintain the same UL listing across door, frame, and hardware for an inspection-ready system.
