Frame & Anchoring – New Construction Wood Stud Wall

• KD fire-rated frame supplied with wood stud anchors for pre-drywall installation.
• Anchors secure directly to wood studs; frame set plumb/square prior to board and finish.
• Strike and silencer preps factory-located to suit the included hardware and LHR handing.
• Clearances/reveals coordinated for first-time fit and clean inspection.

Included Fire-Rated Hardware

• Hinges: UL listed fire-rated ball-bearing hinges (quantity/type per door size and listing).
• Lock: UL listed Grade 1 fire-rated lockset.
• Closer: Fire-rated closer with adjustable sweep/latch; ADA force compliance when properly adjusted.
• Perimeter Smoke/Fire Seals & Threshold (if specified): Components matched to listing and interior application.
