Wall Type & Mounting (Exterior Steel Stud Wall with Veneer)

Designed for exterior steel stud framing with a veneer façade (brick, stone, stucco, or architectural panel). Provide continuous backing at jambs and header. Coordinate waterproofing, sealants, and flashing with façade cladding and threshold conditions for long-term performance.

• Anchor into structural studs or header using self-drilling or engineered fasteners (by installer)
• Shim as needed to maintain plumb, level, and square alignment
• Seal perimeter with commercial-grade sealant and backer rod
• Confirm latch alignment, swing clearance, and ADA compliance

Anchoring fasteners for steel stud walls are not included, allowing the installer to select the appropriate type and length for framing and sheathing conditions.
