How It Works
The American Entrance Controls handicap door opener push button can be used as a hardwired activation device or a wireless activation device when connected to the American Entrance Controls wireless transmitter. On the backside of the American Entrance Controls push button is a momentary SPDT switch. When the American Entrance Controls handicap button is pressed by a pedestrian a signal is sent to the door opener, either by hardwire or wireless.

Well unlike, other brands of door opener products, the American Entrance Controls push button comes standard with the stainless steel push button assembly as well as the black heavy duty plastic surface mount box. This means the American Entrance Controls push button can be installed flush in the wall by attaching it to a standard electric J box, or it can be installed with the surface mount plastic box for wireless applications. The versatility of the American Entrance Controls push button allows it to be installed in any location.
