The spring cushion replacement arm provides an opening cushion with built in stop helping save your door and frame from potential abuse and increasing your door's overall longevity. It also features a built in hold open function. Simply pull down on t-handle to lock ball detent into place keeping the door in the hold open function. Can only be used on parallel arm mount installations.
