Liberty HD Door Closer Functions

• Designed for standard to heavy traffic conditions.
• The Liberty HD Door Closer has An 8 1/2 lb. Opening Force to Size 5 or ADA 5 lb. Opening Force (Interior Doors) to Size 4. Adjustable spring power with fully adjustable Back-Check controlled by a separate regulating valve, adjustable after installation.
• ADA 5 Lb Opening Force To Size 4 also includes Delayed Action Function. Delayed Action is an adjustable valve that keeps the door open for an adjustable period of time before the door begins it's closing cycle.
• The Liberty HD Door Closer features Dual Speed Control Valves: Closing and Latching speeds controlled by separate regulating valves, fully adjustable after installation.
• The Liberty HD Door Closer is for universal application. Non-handed for Standard, Top Jamb, or Parallel Arm installation.
• The Liberty HD Door Closer features a rack and pinion control mechanism contained in a high tensile precision die cast aluminum housing.
• The Liberty HD Door Closer features stable hydraulic door check fluid for any climatic operation and provides constant lubrication.

Liberty HD Door Closer Door Size Options

The Liberty HD Door Closer contains a fully adjustable spring allowing the door closer to be installed on any commercial door.

• 8.5Lb Opening Force To Size 5: The lowest spring setting is ADA compliant for exterior doors and has an 8.5lb opening force. The highest spring setting is up to size 5 which is good for interior doors up to 54" wide or exterior doors up to 48" wide.
• 5Lb Opening Force To Size 4: The lowest spring setting is ADA compliant for interior doors and has an 5lb opening force. The highest spring setting is up to size 4 which is good for interior doors up to 48" wide or exterior doors up to 42" wide.
