Heavy Duty Security Magnetic Lock For Commercial Door Applications

The American Entrance Controls magnetic door lock system for a single hollow metal door is seamless and easy to install. This kit is designed for commercial steel hollow metal doors that require security after hours or security at all times. This magnetic lock system can be used on any type of commercial door including: hollow metal steel doors, storefront aluminum doors, commercial wood doors, and all glass doors.

How It Works

When the magnetic lock system is installed on a hollow metal door, the magnetic lock keeps the door secured and locked at all times. Outside activation can unlock the door (release the maglock) such as an outside keypad or card reader. Pedestrians or employees inside of the building can exit at any time using an inside activation device such as a request to exit push button. By pressing the request to exit button, the door maglock will release the door. Both outside and inside activation accessories are available as additional options with the American Entrance Controls maglock to customize your security door to your specific needs.
