The Phoenix Titan 44 Series 4427EO-F-36120-ALUM is a heavy-duty fire-rated Surface Vertical Rod exit device engineered for oversized 28" To 36" Wide x 120" Tall fire-rated commercial doors. This extended-height model provides critical two-point top and bottom latching to maintain fire barrier integrity on extremely tall openings.

The EO function (Exit Only) permits free egress from the interior while supplying no exterior access. As required for all fire-rated exit devices, no dogging feature is included.
