The Phoenix Architectural Hardware Titan 44 Series – Model 4427EO-F-3684-ALUM is a fire-rated Surface Vertical Rod (SVR) exit device engineered for 36" x 84" commercial fire doors. Designed for two-point top and bottom latching, this Grade 1 panic device ensures maximum life-safety performance on fire-rated openings where rim hardware is not suitable.

The EO function (Exit Only) allows free egress while providing no exterior trim or key access. As required for fire-rated hardware, the device includes no dogging mechanism to ensure continuous latch engagement.
