The Phoenix Architectural Hardware Titan 44 Series – Model 4427EO-F-4884-ALUM is a fire-rated Surface Vertical Rod (SVR) exit device designed for 40" to 48" wide commercial fire doors up to 84" tall. This Grade 1 life-safety device provides top and bottom fire-rated latching for enhanced fire barrier integrity on wider single-door openings.

The EO (Exit Only) function allows free egress with no exterior trim. As a fire-rated device, it includes no dogging mechanism to ensure constant latch engagement during a fire event.
