The Phoenix Architectural Hardware Titan 44 Series – Model 4427EO-F-4896-44BP-ALUM is a fire-rated Grade 1 Surface Vertical Rod (SVR) exit device with outside pull handle and lock cylinder trim, engineered for 40" To 48" Wide x 96" Tall commercial fire-rated hollow metal or wood doors.

The exterior trim includes a durable pull handle and keyed lock cylinder for secure access control. Because this is a fire-rated device, it contains no dogging mechanism to ensure continuous latch engagement and preserve the integrity of the fire barrier.
