The Phoenix Architectural Hardware Titan 44 Series – Model 4427EO-4884-44BP-ALUM is a Surface Vertical Rod (SVR) exit device with outside pull handle and lock cylinder trim, engineered for 40" To 48" Wide x 84" Tall hollow metal or wood commercial doors. This Grade 1 device provides two-point top and bottom latching for enhanced security and smooth egress in high-traffic environments.

The exterior trim consists of a durable pull handle with keyed lock cylinder, allowing secure entry from the outside while maintaining free egress from the interior via the push bar. As a non-fire-rated device, it includes Allen key dogging so the bar can be held in the unlatched position for push/pull operation during business hours.
