This Grade 1 configuration combines two-point top and bottom latching with robust lever trim for secure, everyday use.

The exterior escutcheon lever provides strong keyed access control while the interior push bar offers free, code-compliant egress. As a non-fire-rated unit, the device includes Allen key dogging so the bar can be held retracted for push/pull access during business hours.
