The Phoenix Architectural Hardware Titan 44 Series – Model 4427EO-4884-ALUM is a Grade 1 Surface Vertical Rod (SVR) exit device designed for 40" to 48" wide commercial doors up to 84" tall. This two-point latching device provides secure top and bottom rod engagement, making it ideal for high-traffic and secure egress applications.

This non-fire-rated version includes Allen key dogging, allowing the push bar to be held in the unlatched position for easy push/pull operation during business hours. The EO (Exit Only) function provides free interior egress with no exterior trim.
