The Phoenix Architectural Hardware Titan 44 Series Surface Vertical Rod Double Door Kit is a complete, factory-configured panic hardware package designed for non-fire-rated double door (paired door) commercial applications. This kit is engineered for openings measuring 56" to 72" wide x 84" tall and includes (2) surface vertical rod (SVR) exit devices paired with (1) heavy duty keyed entrance escutcheon lever and (1) matching dummy escutcheon lever.

This configuration is ideal for double door applications where controlled keyed access is required on the active door, while the inactive door requires a matching exterior pull appearance without a locking function. Interior push bars on both doors provide free, code-compliant egress at all times.

Each SVR exit device utilizes top and bottom vertical rod latching for superior door control and alignment, making this kit ideal for paired doors where rim exit devices are not preferred. Because this is a non-fire-rated package, Allen key dogging is included, allowing the panic bars to be held in the unlatched position during business hours for push/pull operation.
