Phoenix Architectural Hardware Titan 44 Series – Model 44E0-3 with Heavy Duty Escutcheon Lever is a Grade 1 rim exit device designed for medium stile commercial doors between 28" and 36" wide. This version includes a robust heavy duty escutcheon entrance lever with a Schlage C keyway, providing high-security keyed entry from the exterior.

The device features a durable 5/8" stainless steel throw latch with deadlatch, a 2-3/4" backset, and a 4-1/2" minimum stile. The rail can be trimmed to fit narrower door openings. Since this is a non-fire-rated model, Allen key dogging is included to allow hold-open functionality during business hours.
