Phoenix Architectural Hardware Titan 44 Series – Model 44E0-3 with Keyed Lever is a Grade 1 rim exit device designed for medium stile commercial doors between 28" and 36" wide. This version includes an outside keyed entrance function lever with a Schlage C keyway, allowing secure key-controlled entry while maintaining free egress from the inside.

The device features a stainless steel 5/8" throw latch with deadlatch, a 2-3/4" backset, and a minimum 4-1/2" stile. The rail is cuttable to size. Since this is a non-fire-rated model, Allen key dogging is included for hold-open convenience.
