Phoenix Architectural Hardware Titan 44 Series – Model 44E0-3 with Outside Pull Handle and Lock Cylinder is a Grade 1 rim exit device designed for medium stile commercial doors between 28" and 36" wide. This version includes a durable outside pull handle paired with a Schlage C keyway lock cylinder to provide secure keyed entry from the exterior.

The device features a 5/8" stainless steel throw latch with deadlatch, a 2-3/4" backset, and a 4-1/2" minimum stile. The rail can be trimmed to size. As a non-fire-rated model, it includes Allen key dogging for hold-open function during business hours.
