The Phoenix Architectural Hardware Titan 44 Series Double Door Kit – Model 44E0-4 provides a complete Grade 1 panic hardware solution for commercial double door (active/inactive) configurations. This kit includes a heavy-duty 44E0-4 rim exit device for the active leaf and a double door overlapping strike for the inactive leaf, ensuring proper latching and smooth operation across wider door pairs.
This version includes a durable outside pull handle paired with a Schlage C keyway lock cylinder, offering secure exterior key access while maintaining free egress from the interior. The rim device mounts on the active door, and the double door strike installs on the inactive door, allowing the latch to engage cleanly when the active door closes.
Designed for wider openings, the 44E0-4 fits 40" to 48" medium stile commercial doors. It features a 4-1/2" minimum stile requirement, a 5/8" stainless steel throw latch with deadlatch, and a 2-3/4" backset. This non-fire-rated model includes Allen key dogging to allow hold-open operation during business hours.
