Wall Type & Mounting (Steel Stud Wall with Veneer)

Designed for exterior steel stud framing with a veneer façade (brick, stone, stucco, or panel). Provide continuous structural backing at jambs and head. Typical attachment uses self-drilling structural screws or engineered anchors into steel studs/headers (by installer to suit site conditions).

• Coordinate weather-resistive barrier, flashings, and sealant with façade
• Seal perimeter with commercial-grade backer rod and sealant
• Verify smooth swing, clear threshold, and ADA approach clearances
