Features
- Base material is non-ferrous
- 3/4 in. offset (measured from centerline of pivot to face of door)
- Door edges should be beveled 1/8 in.
- Bottom pivot designed for floor mount installation
- Top pivot designed for mortise installation in top of door frame
- Intermediate pivot should be used with doors 60" to 90" in height. An additional intermediate pivot should be added for every additional 30" in door height.
