The American Entrance Controls universal door controller is a time delay relay sequencer board. It's main function is providing an adjustable time delay to trigger electronic door hardware. Electric strikes, maglocks, electrified exit devices need to trigger before an automatic door opener can power a door open. This device offers and adjustable delay allowing the electric lock to release or unlatch before an automatic door operator powers the door open. However, this device is not limited to automatic door opener integration. The American Entrance Controls universal door controller time delay relay can be used for any access control application where a time delay is required to trigger certain electronic devices before the other. This time delay board is a great add on to any of the American Entrance Controls power supplies.
